Players' Code of Conduct
- Respect: Treat teammates, opponents, coaches, officials, and fans with respect at all times.
- Fair Play: Play by the rules and promote fair play both on and off the field.
- Teamwork: Support your teammates and encourage a team spirit of cooperation and collective effort.
- Discipline: Adhere to training schedules, match commitments, and club rules.
- Professionalism: Represent West Auckland Town AFC with pride, both during matches and in the community.

Coaches' Code of Conduct

- Respect: Treat all players, officials, and opponents with respect and fairness.

- Equality: Ensure equal opportunities for all players, irrespective of background or ability.
Parents and Spectators' Code of Conduct
- Support: Encourage and support all players, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Respect: Show respect for all players, coaches, officials, and other spectators.
- Behaviour: Refrain from using offensive or abusive language and from engaging in disruptive behaviour.
- Fair Play: Promote the principles of fair play and good sportsmanship.
- Role Models: Act as role models for younger spectators and players.
- Social Media & Communication: Parents and spectators must communicate with West Auckland Town AFC through official club channels and must not contact club officials, players or volunteers via personal social media accounts or private messaging platforms. Officials' Code of Conduct
